You can try a completely new and unique taste of the first course by preparing tomato soup with noodles for lunch. It is served warm, not hot or cold with various sauces. Choose juicy, not fleshy tomatoes for cooking, pink is best.

- Tomatoes - 800 Grams
- Vermicelli - 100 Grams
- Onions - 0.5 Pieces
- Green onions - 2 Pieces (stem)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 2-3 pinches
How to make "Tomato Noodle Soup"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse the tomatoes in water, put them in a deep container and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes for steaming, then drain the boiling water and peel the tomatoes.
Grate the tomato pulp into a deep bowl.
Boil the vermicelli in hot water for about 7-8 minutes until almost cooked.
Cut half of the peeled onions into small cubes and sauté in hot vegetable oil for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Then pour the tomato mass into the container and add salt, boil everything for about 2 minutes.
Add boiled noodles to the container and mix everything.
Rinse and chop green onions, you can - any other fresh herbs. Add to soup and simmer for about 2 minutes on the stove, on minimal heat. Optionally, compress a peeled clove of garlic into the soup.
Pour colorful tomato noodle soup into deep bowls and serve warm.
