Such cereal is cooked for about 20-25 minutes without soaking. Also take a turkey fillet for the broth, the soup will turn out to be healthy and tasty.

- Turkey fillet - 180 Grams
- Pearl barley - 80 Grams
- Water - 2 Liters
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces (medium)
- Carrots - 0.5 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece (small)
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
- Greens - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to make Turkey Barley Soup

Prepare your ingredients.

Rinse the barley, add to boiling water and cook in a separate container for 10 minutes. Then rinse the cereal and drain all the water. This way the soup will not be too cloudy.

Pour 2 liters of clean water into a saucepan, add the turkey meat and cook the broth for 25 minutes, removing the foam. Season with salt to taste.

Cut the turkey meat into pieces and return to the broth.

Cut the potatoes into slices.

Pour the potatoes into the broth and add the pearl barley. Cook the soup 20 minutes until the potatoes and pearl barley are soft.

In the meantime, peel the vegetables - carrots and onions. Dice the onion and grate the carrots.

Fry the carrots and onions in a skillet with oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the potatoes and cereals are ready, add the vegetable fry to the soup, cook it together for another 3 minutes.

Add finely chopped greens, pepper, bring to a boil and turn off. The soup is ready.

While the soup is hot, serve. Enjoy your meal!
