How to cook "Stewed vegetables in tomato sauce"
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the courgettes, cut into medium-thick rings.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the zucchini rings for 2-3 minutes until they become ruddy and slightly softer.
Peel carrots, onions and bell peppers. Cut all vegetables into half rings.
Place the chopped vegetables in the zucchini skillet.
