- Smoked Tofu - 210 Grams
- Nori sheets - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 200 Milliliters
- Soy sauce - 4-5 Tbsp. spoons
- Spices - 1-2 Teaspoons (for fish)
How to make Vegan Sprats
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the tofu into cubes about 2 cm wide.
Cut the nori leaves so that tofu can be wrapped in each piece.
Brush the seaweed with soy sauce, let it soften for a couple of seconds. Then wrap the tofu in nori. Press down firmly on the soaked algae for a better hold.
Pour some oil on the bottom of a food container or jar, add fish spices.
Arrange the tofu cubes and top with the oil. Add another 1-2 tablespoons on top. soy sauce. Close the container tightly, leave in the refrigerator for a day.
