How to cook "Grilled vegetables for the winter in jars"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the eggplants, cut into strips. Salt. Wait 10 minutes, then rinse in cold water and squeeze.

Wash the bell peppers, remove the tails and seeds. Cut into 2-4 pieces. Wash the green beans, cut off the ends, cut 2-3 pieces.
