How to cook "PP pizza in a pan"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Bake chicken meat in advance or boil until tender.

Rinse the zucchini in water, grate with fine meshes in a deep bowl and salt. Leave it on for 5 minutes to let the slices release the juice. Drain the juice.

Add instant oatmeal or substitute oatmeal.

Beat the chicken egg into the container and mix everything thoroughly. Leave it on for 5-6 minutes to swell the flakes.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put the whole squash mass on it, flatten, rounding. Reduce heat and fry on one side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. At this time, rinse the tomatoes and divide the chicken.

Flip the base of the PP pizza to the other side using a wide spatula.

Brush the base with ketchup or low fat mayonnaise.

Arrange the sliced tomatoes and chicken.

Grate hard cheese on a fine mesh grater, top with tomatoes and meat. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Turn off the heat and remove the lid from the container.

Place PP pizza on a plate and cut into portions, serve warm.
