Everything is perfect in this wonderful summer cake! And friable dough, which tastes as good as any homemade shortbread cookie, and a light, airy filling like clouds, which is complemented by fresh, juicy berries, and a magnificent aroma. The pastries are very tasty, suitable even for a festive table. You can use any berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. I have cherry pie today. Help yourself!

- Butter - 100 grams
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Egg - 3 Pieces (1 egg - in the dough and 2 eggs - in the filling)
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Sugar - 130 Grams (50 grams - in the dough and 80 grams - in the filling)
- Sour cream - 250 Grams
- Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vanillin - 1 Gram
- Berries - 400 Grams (I have a cherry)
How to cook "Pie with berries and sour cream filling"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine soft butter, salt and 50 grams of sugar. Grind everything with a fork and add the egg. Stir.
Pour flour in portions.
Knead to a soft, non-sticky dough.
Grease a baking dish with oil and spread the dough with your hands, forming high sides. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Whisk remaining eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add flour and starch and beat again. The fill is ready.
Take out the mold and distribute the berries evenly. If you also use cherries, remove all the seeds first.
Pour the sour cream filling over the berries. Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45-60 minutes. The top should be slightly browned.
Pie with berries and sour cream filling is ready. Let it cool slightly, then garnish with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
The amount of ingredients indicated is for a 22 cm diameter mold. For larger form, it is best to increase the ingredients proportionally.
