How to make "Fried Vinaigrette"
Prepare all ingredients.
Peel and rinse the onion, cut into half rings and put in a bowl, add vinegar and water, leave for 15 minutes.
Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into strips.
Peel and rinse the carrots, cut the carrots into strips.
Peel and rinse the beets, cut in the same way - into medium-sized strips.
Heat the frying pan and brush with oil, put the vegetables, fry for 15 minutes over low heat - until the vegetables are ready. Since we are preparing young vegetables, the process will not take much time.
Add pickled onions to the skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir all ingredients.
