- Rhubarb - 150-200 Grams
- Strawberry - 150 Grams
- Cane sugar - 100 Grams
- Water - 1 Glass
- Carbonated water - 700 Milliliters
- Basil - 1/2 Bunch
- Ice - To taste
How to make Rhubarb Lemonade
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar. Bring to a boil. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved.
Wash the rhubarb, cut off the coarse top layer with a vegetable peeler. Cut into medium-sized slices.
Defrost the strawberries.
Then add strawberries and rhubarb. Bring to a boil again, boil for 10 minutes.
Strain the resulting liquid. The lemonade syrup is ready.
Fill the glass 1/3 full with syrup.
Add ice and basil leaves.
Top up with mineral water.
