- Whole grain flour - 200 grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Sunflower oil - 60 Milliliters
- Water - 3 Art. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Soda - 1 Pinch
- Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Tincture - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sunflower seeds - 5 Art. spoons
- Pumpkin seeds - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sesame - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Hemp bran - 1-2 tbsp. spoons (any bran)

How to cook "biscuits with seeds"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Drive an egg into a bowl. Add refined oil and tincture.

Beat with a blender.

Add flour, salt, sugar and soda. Add a little warm water and mix everything.

Add bran.

Pour the prepared seeds and mix everything.

Put the dough on baking paper and roll it out in a thin layer.

Cut the dough into squares and transfer the paper to a baking sheet. We bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.
