How to make "Rice soup for the winter in cans"

Prepare your ingredients.

Rinse and dry the cucumbers, cut into small cubes.

Next, peel and rinse the onion, dry and cut into small cubes.

Peel and wash the carrots, grate on a coarse grater.

Transfer all prepared vegetables to a saucepan. Add rice grits to the saucepan.

Add oil, salt and sugar, add water.

Simmer the soup for 25-30 minutes, add vinegar at the end, stir and remove from heat.
