Ingredients:
- Beef - 250 Grams (pulp)
- Cucumber - 1 Piece
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Walnuts - 2 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Green onion - 1 Bunch
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste (for beef)
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Lettuce Leaves - To taste

How to cook "Roman salad with beef"

Prepare all ingredients.

Heat oil in a skillet and lay out the beef cut into strips.

Fry the beef until golden brown over high heat, then add salt to taste, spices, cover and bring to full readiness over low heat. Add a small amount of water periodically to simmer the beef in the juice.

Cut the cucumber into strips.

Chop the nuts in any convenient way.

Beat the egg with salt and ground pepper. You can add 1 tsp. milk.

Bake a pancake from the egg mass. Bake the second pancake in the same way.

Roll the pancakes into a roll and cut with a sharp knife, 5-7 mm wide.

On the flat dish in which you will serve the salad, place the evenly rinsed and dried salad leaves.

Top with roasted beef.

Place the cucumber cut into strips on top of the beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the chopped green onions and crushed garlic over the cucumbers.

Top with sliced egg pancakes.

Make a mesh of mayonnaise and garnish the salad with chopped walnuts.
