How to cook "Pickled plums with mustard for the winter"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash and dry the plums.

Place in clean, pre-sterilized jars.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add all the spices, sugar, salt.

Reduce heat and let the water sit on the stove for another 4 minutes. Add vinegar and mustard powder. Stir well.

Pour the resulting marinade over the plums, screw the lid on and store in a dark and cool place.
