Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Pour the flour into a deep bowl.

Combine warm water with warm milk, add salt and mix well to dissolve the salt.

Add the water and milk mixture to the cornmeal.

Knead the dough.

Form tortillas no more than 1 cm high. Dip each tortilla in corn flour.

Fry the tortillas in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
