Main Ingredient: Meat / Vegetables / Beef / Legumes / Mash
- Beef - 300 Grams (I have pulp, but it can be on the bone)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 3 Pieces
- Mash - 130 Grams
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Peppercorns - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
- Greens - To taste
- Water - 2.5 Liters
How to make Beef and Wave Soup
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the meat, cover with water, add bay leaf, salt to taste and peppercorns. Simmer on a low boil until cooked through.
Rinse the mash and fill it with water. Set aside.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the diced onions and grated carrots until soft. Add the diced tomato and cook everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
Strain the finished broth. Remove the meat and cut into pieces.
Rinse the pot and pour the stock back. Add mung bean and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Then add potatoes, vegetable frying, spices to taste, cook the soup until all ingredients are done.
At the very end, adjust the soup for salt, add fresh herbs. The soup with mash and beef is ready.
