How to cook "Rafaello cake with cottage cheese"

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Pour 100 ml into a saucepan. milk and add 100 grams of coconut.

Add coconut oil and set on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Pour gelatin with water and leave for 5 minutes.

We combine cottage cheese, sugar and 100 ml. milk.

Mix with a blender.
