If you boil potatoes and eggs in advance, then okroshka on kefir and mineral water can be cooked in a short time. I advise you to use smoked chicken, okroshka turns out to be more aromatic and piquant.

- Kefir - 500 Grams
- Mineral water - 150 grams
- Smoked chicken - 100 grams
- Cucumbers - 70 Grams
- Potatoes - 80-100 Grams

How to cook "Okroshka with kefir and mineral water with chicken"
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut fresh cucumbers into cubes and place in a bowl or saucepan.
Boil the potatoes until soft, cut into cubes and add to the cucumbers.
Boil hard-boiled eggs (cook for 7-8 minutes and cool), peel and cut into cubes. Add to vegetables.
Dice the smoked chicken, I used the smoked chicken fillet.
Pour the okroshka with kefir, cold mineral water and add finely chopped greens. Season with salt to taste and stir.
Serve chilled okroshka.
