How to make "Chinese Potato Salad"
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your Chinese potato salad.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Rub on a Korean grater and rinse under running, cold water until transparent.
Cover with cold water and let sit for 20 minutes.
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Drain the potatoes and place them in boiling water. Bring to a boil again and cook for about 2-3 minutes. The potatoes should be boiled but still firm.
Remove from heat and discard in a colander. Then rinse the potatoes with cold water to stop the cooking process. Let the water drain completely.
Finely chop the green onion, add chopped garlic to it.
Heat the vegetable oil very strongly and pour into a bowl with onions and garlic.
Add hot red pepper.
Add sesame seeds to a bowl of onions.
Pour in rice vinegar, salt.
Add sesame oil and stir everything.
Add the prepared dressing to the potato strips.
Mix everything well. Chop the dill and add to the salad.
