- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make "Beetroot Creamy Feta Soup"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the beets, boil until soft. This will take about 1-1.5 hours.

Cool the beets. Peel, cut into cubes. Set some cubes aside for serving.

Cut the onion into cubes, fry in a pan until golden brown.

Grind the beets, fried onions, cream and soy sauce with a blender. Season with pepper to taste.

Place the beetroot and feta cubes before serving. Sprinkle with herbs.
