- Minced meat - 400 grams (any)
- Cabbage - 250 Grams
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Egg - 3 Pieces
- Cheese - 100 Grams
- Sour cream - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste
How to cook "Meat Nests with Cabbage"
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut one onion into cubes and fry in a skillet until soft.
Add shredded cabbage.
Simmer everything together until cooked.
Then add boiled eggs, sour cream, salt and ground black pepper, grated on a grater.
Mix everything well. The filling is ready.
Add the second onion grated on a coarse grater to the minced meat, salt and your favorite spices to taste. Mix the minced meat well with your hands until smooth.
Divide the minced meat into 6 parts, form into flat cutlets and attach the sides to them with your hands. Transfer the meat nests to a greased baking dish.
Place the cabbage filling in the groove. Send the nests to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 40-50 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on the filling 10-15 minutes before cooking. The meat nests with cabbage are ready.
