How to cook "Salad with arugula and mushrooms"

Prepare your ingredients. Taste arugula before buying so that there is no bitterness, but a pleasant nutty taste.

Do not wash the champignons, but wipe with a damp cloth so that the mushrooms do not absorb excess liquid. Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized slices.

Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut into medium-sized slices.
