- Cheese - 50 grams (hard)
- Potatoes - 200 Grams
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Dry Garlic - To taste

How to cook "Stacks of minced meat with cabbage"

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the cabbage and cut into thin strips.

Heat the skillet, add oil and transfer the cabbage. Since the cabbage is young, it cooks quickly. Stir the cabbage for 7-8 minutes.

Prepare an oven dish. Cut the potatoes into slices and place on the bottom of the mold. Salt and pepper the minced meat and season with dry garlic. Form the minced meat into two dimples. Place the minced meat on top of the potatoes.

Fill the minced meat with cooked cabbage.

Brush the cabbage with sour cream. Put a tablespoon of sour cream with a slide on each piece.

Pour water into the mold, bake in the oven under foil for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. After a while, remove the form from the oven.

Place the hard cheese on top of the blanks and bake for another 10-12 minutes. Serve the finished dish to the table.
