The gooseberry smoothie should be tasted immediately after serving, until the drink has stratified. This appetizing smoothie will be enjoyed by both adults and children. With colorful berries, you can cook it every day! The main thing is not to consume the drink on an empty stomach in the morning!

- Gooseberry - 150 Grams
- Ryazhenka - 300 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Flower honey - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Mint - 1 Piece (stem, for decoration)

How to make Gooseberry Smoothie

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Gooseberries are best of all to choose a red variety - it is sweeter. Be sure to taste the berries before preparing the drink in order to know how much honey to add.

Pour the gooseberries into a deep container, cover with cold water and rinse several times. Remove the ponytails. Set aside a few berries for decoration.

Pour the washed berries into a blender bowl, or into a deep bowl if using a hand blender. Add any kind of flower honey. If you are allergic to such a sweet product, then replace it with sugar.

Pour fermented baked milk of any fat content into the container, or replace it with kefir, but not milk. The acids contained in the berries curdle the milk and you get a drink with curd flakes at the exit.

Grind the entire contents of the jar on the pulsing blender for about 2-3 minutes.

Skewer the remaining gooseberries, pour the smoothie into glasses or cups, garnish with berries and mint leaves. Serve to the table.
