- Cranberries - 1/2 Cup
- Apples - 1-2 Pieces (sour)

- Garlic - 3-5 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 Cup
- Table vinegar - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Water - 1 Liter

How to cook "Sauerkraut with Grapes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop the cabbage finely.

Grate carrots for Korean carrots. Cut the apple and garlic into thin slices.

For the marinade, boil water, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Pour in vegetable oil and bite, remove from stove.

Combine cabbage, carrots, garlic and apple in a large container. Add cranberries and washed grapes. Mix gently. Pour in hot marinade, place a press on top and leave for 2 days.

Remove the load, transfer the cabbage to clean, sterilized jars. Put it in the refrigerator.
