How to make Korean Vinaigrette
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Grate beets and carrots for Korean vegetables. Or cut into thin strips.
Combine all vegetables in a bowl, add salt, black pepper and Korean seasoning.
Squeeze the garlic through a press.
Drizzle the vinaigrette with oil.
Stir and let sit in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
