- Chicken broth - 1.5 L
- Yellow lentils - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- White cabbage - 150 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters

How to make Lentil and Cabbage Soup

Take the ingredients for the soup.

Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Place in a saucepan with broth.

Peel carrots and onions, wash and chop finely. Place in a skillet.

Pour in refined sunflower oil and simmer these vegetables lightly. You do not need to fry too much.

Then add the onions and carrots to the pot with broth and potatoes.

When the vegetables are almost ready, place the lentils in a saucepan, which have been washed well before doing so.

Add chopped cabbage. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the soup for another 10-15 minutes until all ingredients are cooked.

Lentil and cabbage soup is ready. Sprinkle with herbs before serving and serve.
