Prepare the required ingredients.

Break 50 grams of a loaf into pieces and cover with milk. Leave it on for a while.

Wash the chicken fillet, mince it with a medium wire rack.

Squeeze the loaf from the milk and add to the chopped fillet. Pass everything together again through a meat grinder.

Salt minced meat, add pepper. Stir.

Divide the minced meat into 4-5 pieces. Shape each piece into a cake. Place a piece of cold butter in the middle of the tortilla. Shape the patties.

Dip each cutlet into a beaten egg.

Cut 100 grams of loaf into thin strips and dry in a hot oven at 200 degrees.

Roll prepared schnitzels in a dried loaf. Flatten it slightly with the palm of your hand.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.

Transfer to a roasting pan and place in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
