How to cook "Rolls with mackerel"
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the rice, cover with clean water and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the rice with a lid and leave for 15 minutes, it will come and the sanet is almost ready. Just the perfect structure for rolls.
Combine the rice vinegar, salt, and sugar in a bowl or saucepan. Heat to dissolve the crystals, remove from heat, do not boil.
Pour vinegar dressing over warm cooked rice, stir.
Spread the rice on the rough side of the nori, leaving free space on one edge so that the rolls curl up well and the edges do not unfold.
For the filling, cut the cucumbers into strips. Pre-cut the peel from the cucumbers. Peel salted mackerel from skin, bones, cut fish meat into strips.
