How to cook "Baked eggplant with cottage cheese"

Prepare your ingredients.

Rinse and dry the eggplant, cut in half. Boil water on the stove, put the eggplants in the water and cook for 3 minutes.

Put cottage cheese in a bowl, grate hard cheese on a fine grater and add to cottage cheese.

Beat 1 chicken egg into a bowl of cheese, add all the spices.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Remove the inside of the eggplant with a spoon, cut it into small pieces.

Add eggplant to curd, stir.

Stuff the eggplants, then bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
