- Green beans - 250 Grams
- Sweet pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Spices - To taste

How to cook Green Beans Stew

Prepare all ingredients. If you have fresh green beans, soak them in cold water for one hour, trim off the edges on both sides, and then cut each pod in half. I have frozen beans already prepared.

Boil the beans in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain the hot water and immediately cover the beans with cold water.

Heat oil in a skillet, place onion chopped with feathers and carrots chopped into strips.

Saute the vegetables until soft.

Add the sliced bell pepper and the sliced tomato.

Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes.

Add the beans, after draining all the liquid from them, chopped garlic, salt and any favorite spices.

Simmer the beans and vegetables for another 3 minutes.

The braised green beans are ready. You can serve the dish on its own or as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
