How to cook "Chebureks with sour cream"

Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt, pour in water and spoon sour cream.

Stir, add flour.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Add salt and ground pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.

Divide the dough into pieces.
