How to cook "Spelled Cutlets"
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the spelled, then soak for 4-5 hours. Then place the spelled in a colander and let the excess liquid drain.
Cut the onions into cubes and fry until transparent.
Grind spelled, fried onions and peeled garlic with a blender.
Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste. Stir. Then add dry gluten and stir again.
Form cutlets from the resulting mass.
