How to cook "Salad with cod liver and arugula"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Buy cod liver from the supermarket, paying attention to the shelf life of the product!

Take a bunch of arugula in your hands, remove the damaged leaves and rinse the remaining ones in water. Dry lightly with paper towels and place on a plate.

Rinse the cucumber in water, rinsing off any dirt and thorns, and cut off the tails on both sides of the fruit. Cut diagonally into slices and place over the arugula leaves.

Place the cod liver slices on the cucumber slices, shaking them lightly of the oil.

Season the dish with salt and pepper, tasting the cod liver. If it is salty, then exclude the salt from the ingredients list.

Sprinkle the salad with oil from a jar and serve immediately after cooking. You can complement the dish with croutons, toast or croutons.
