How to make "Garlic Pate"

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the garlic. Cut off the top.

Transfer to a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Add a sprig of rosemary. Cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 1-1.5 hours.

Cool the garlic slightly. Then squeeze the pulp out of the cloves. Grind with a fork or blender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir.
