- Chicken broth - 1.2 L
- Potatoes - 1-2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Sausages - 2-3 Pieces
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
- Rice - 2-3 st. spoons
- Garlic - 1 Clove (optional)
- Dill, parsley - 10 Grams
- Salt - To taste

How to make "Sausage and Rice Soup"

Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.

Pour chicken stock or water into a saucepan. Add chopped potatoes.

Cut carrots and onions into small pieces and place in a skillet.

Simmer these vegetables in sunflower oil for 7-8 minutes over low heat.

Then add the carrots and onions to the pot with the potatoes and broth.

When the vegetables are half-cooked, add the washed rice to the soup. Season the soup to taste and continue cooking.

Cut the sausages into circles and add to the saucepan when all the ingredients in the soup are ready. Boil for another 3-4 minutes and turn off.

Add chopped parsley or dill to the prepared soup, as well as chopped garlic if desired.

The soup with sausages and rice is ready. Can be served at the table.
