A juicy and appetizing dish - panini with tomatoes and mozzarella is prepared in a matter of minutes. The main thing is to preheat the electric grill or use a grill pan to cook at home. You can collect blanks and wrap them in foil, taking them with you to nature.

- Tomato - 2-3 Pieces
- White bread - 1 Piece (focaccia, saika, baguette)
- Mozzarella - 60 Grams
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Spinach - 0.25 Bunch (can be substituted with basil)
How to cook "Panini with Tomatoes and Mozzarella"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Cut the bread in half so that you can collect it later in the form of a burger. Ideal for panini focaccia, baguette, saiga, etc.
Brush the inside and outside of the bread with olive oil, preferably cold pressed. Such oil can be replaced with sunflower, corn, etc.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the bread slices.
Rinse the spinach leaves and place on top of the mozzarella. It is permissible to replace fresh spinach with basil, but only green.
Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut green cores out of them and cut into circles. Place on the spinach only on two slices of bread.
Top with 2 slices of bread.
Preheat the electric grill and place the sandwiches on it. Cover gently with the second piece of technique and cook for about 2 minutes to soften the mozzarella.
