How to cook "PP dumplings with cottage cheese"

Prepare your ingredients.

Add honey to the curd to taste and mix well.

Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt and mix well.

Pour in water, add flour.

Knead the dough. It will look more like a shortbread.

Gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Squeeze circles out with a glass.

Put some cottage cheese in the center.

Pin the edges together. Cook the dumplings for 4-7 minutes.
