- Semolina - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Paprika - To taste
- Dry Garlic - To taste

How to make Lean Zucchini Pie

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the carrots, wash, then grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Rinse the zucchini and dry, grate on the same grater as the carrots. Combine the ingredients.

Add spices and unscented vegetable oil to the zucchini.

Pour the semolina into the bowl of vegetables.

Add some flour. Stir all the ingredients well.

Place the casserole in an ovenproof dish, then rub over the semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

The finished pie is perfectly sliced even when hot. Serve it immediately.
