How to cook "Sweet Zucchini for the Winter"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil marinade water, add sugar and salt. Stir.

Add spices to the marinade: cinnamon, star anise and allspice. Boil for 5 minutes, then pour in the vinegar, and immediately turn off the heat.

Slice the courgettes into rings.

Put the zucchini in a 0.5 liter jar and cover with hot marinade.

Sterilize the zucchini jars for 10 minutes. To do this, put a clean cloth on the bottom of the pan, pour in half the pan of water. Put on fire, heat, slowly set jars of zucchini. When the water in the pot boils, count down the time.

Roll up the finished sweet zucchini with lids, turn over and check the tightness. Then wrap with a blanket and let cool as it is.

Store the finished workpiece in the pantry until winter. The output of the finished product is two 0.5 liter jars. Enjoy your meal!
