- Finished puff pastry - 450-500 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Butter - 30 Grams
- Egg yolk - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Milk - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
How to cook "Pike perch fillet in puff pastry"
Prepare your ingredients.
Sweat finely chopped onion in butter in a skillet.
Rinse the pike perch fillet, dry with a paper towel, cut into slices, salt and pepper.
Roll half of the dough into a layer, cut the dough into the shape of a fish.
Put the pike perch fillets on the dough, put the fried onions on top of the fish.
Top with another layer of dough, also cut to fit the fish. Make scales from the remnants of the dough, I used cones-nozzles for cream for cutting. Brush the dough with a mixture of egg yolk and a tablespoon of milk, lay out the "scales".
