How to make "Lemon Mint Jam"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the lemon mint jam.

Rinse the mint, dry and chop finely. Place the mint in a saucepan.

Wash the lemon and cut into thin slices, add to a saucepan with mint, pour in water.

Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Simmer everything over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, cool and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Strain the liquid and squeeze the lemon and mint well.

Pour sugar into a saucepan with mint broth and place over medium heat.

Cook the jam for 15 minutes, skimming off the foam.
