- Seafood cocktail - 180 grams (boiled)
- Spaghetti - 100 Grams
- Champignons - 100 Grams
- Onion - 50 Grams
- Cream - 100 Milliliters (10% fat)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
How to cook Seafood Nests
Prepare your ingredients.
Cut the mushrooms and onions into as small pieces as possible.
Preheat a frying pan, add a spoonful of oil and fry the mushrooms and onions, then add the seafood and fry for a few more minutes.
Boil the spaghetti until half cooked. Transfer the nesting spaghetti to the skillet.
Place the seafood and mushrooms from the pan on top of the nests.
Pour the cream and spices into the skillet. Cook, covered, for 6-8 minutes.
