There are a lot of manna recipes. Today I will tell you how to cook an airy manna on kefir. Mannik fully lives up to its name. It turns out really airy, tender and very tasty. Try it!

Main Ingredient: Dairy Products / Kefir / Cereals / Semolina

Ingredients:
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Butter - 70 Grams
- Semolina - 1 Glass
- Kefir - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Flour - 1 Glass
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Servings: 8-10
How to cook "Air manna on kefir"

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add kefir and semolina. Stir and let sit for 30 minutes.

Add vegetable oil and melted, slightly chilled butter.

Stir. Add flour and baking soda.

Mix everything again until smooth.

Pour the dough into a greased baking dish until baked. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Air manna on kefir is ready.

I decorated the manna with glaze (mixed 100 grams of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice), and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
