- Cauliflower - 500 Grams

- Semolina - 3 tbsp. spoons (with a slide)
- Starch - 3 tbsp. spoons (with a slide)

- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Cauliflower cutlets with semolina"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil cabbage in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then fold on a sieve so that all the water is glass.

Grind the cabbage to a puree in any convenient way.

Add semolina, starch, coarse grated onion, salt and ground pepper to taste.

Mix everything well.

Spread the mixture into a skillet preheated with oil using a tablespoon. The cutlets should not be too large or tall, as this will cook them more evenly.
