There are a lot of pizza recipes; it is baked using various greens - celery, spinach, parsley. But you can also use arugula greens, for example, in the "Carpaccio" pizza recipe, these greens are very organically combined with other ingredients. I share a step by step recipe!

- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Sugar - 1 Pinch
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Tomato sauce - 100-150 grams
- Raw Smoked Bacon - 70-100 Gram
- Cervelat - 50 Grams
- Olives - 7-8 Pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 6-7 Pieces
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 Grams (or any other cheese)
- Arugula - 50 Grams
- Wheat flour - 270 Grams
How to cook "Pizza" Carpaccio "
Prepare the ingredients for making your pizza. The dough can be made in advance.
Prepare food for making pizza dough.
Dissolve yeast, salt, sugar in warm water, pour in olive oil.
Add the sifted flour.
Knead the dough, place in a warm place for fermentation for 1-1.5 hours.
Make a dough cake, place on a baking sheet, brush with tomato sauce. For tomato sauce, it is best to use tomato trade wind or tomatoes in their own juice, which should be "pushed" with a blender along with herbs (basil, arugula).
Put mozzarella or any other soft or semi-hard cheese grated on a coarse grater on top of the tomato sauce.
Put arugula greens on the cheese, if necessary, pick large pieces of it with your hands. Leave some arugula on top.
Top the arugula with bacon slices, very thin slices of sausage, olives, cherry tomatoes cut in halves or quarters.
Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese on top, add arugula, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Watch out for readiness, as everyone's ovens work differently. Garnish the pizza with green arugula or basil leaves before serving.
