- Onions - 50-60 grams
- Green onion - 2 Grams

- Vegetable oil - 40-50 grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
How to cook "Young Cabbage Fritters"
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop the young cabbage into strips.
Chop all the greens finely and add to the cabbage.
Chop the onions finely and add to the cabbage.
Whisk in the chicken egg and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add semolina, stir and let stand for 15 minutes to swell.
Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes over low heat, the cabbage will become soft.
