Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 600 grams (peeled)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper - 0.5-1 Pieces
- Hot pepper - 0.5 Pieces
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Champignons - 150 grams (fresh)
- Parsley - 15-20 grams
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Butter - 25 grams
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves

How to cook Meatless Stew

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the peeled potatoes into large cubes. Pour water about 1 to 2 fingers above the level of the potatoes, depending on whether you want the dish to be thin or thick.

Fry onions and carrots in a mixture of vegetable and butter.

Add chopped mushrooms to the pan, continue to fry.

Add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers to the pan, simmer for another 5 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic and hot peppers, prepare the bay leaf for dressing.

Only add the vegetable fry to the potatoes when the potatoes are already tender, as the acid in the tomatoes can keep the potatoes from boiling and make them hard. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add garlic, hot peppers, bay leaves, parsley.
