How to make sugar-free gingerbread
Let's prepare the ingredients.
We send honey and tincture to a saucepan.
Add coconut oil.
Pour in ground spices and heat, stirring continuously. Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Pour soda into the hot mass and extinguish it with lemon juice.
Add the lemon zest.
When the mass has cooled down, drive in the egg and mix everything.
Next, add flour in portions and knead the dough.
We make dough blanks and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
