- Pasta - 200 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Sweet pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
Servings: 6-8
How to make "Lean Vegetable Pasta"

Prepare all ingredients.

Heat oil in a skillet. Place the diced onion and shredded carrots.

Saute the vegetables until soft.

Add chopped peppers, diced tomatoes and chopped garlic.

Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste.

Boil the pasta in salted water until tender and discard in a colander. Then add the pasta to the vegetables and heat everything together for 5 minutes.

Lean pasta with vegetables are ready. Enjoy your meal!
