How to make Avocado Salsa

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut the green cores out of the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Rinse and chop the green onions, add together with the chopped tomatoes into a deep bowl.

Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut into cubes and add the slices to the bowl.

Slice the lime and squeeze the juice over the rest of the ingredients.

Sprinkle everything with ground hot red pepper or use a fresh chili pod, after washing it and removing the seeds.

Rinse and chop fresh parsley, add to the container along with salt. Mix the entire contents of the container gently.

Serve the salsa immediately after cooking, until the tomato slices have released the juice.
